I am a full-stack developer working from Morelia. What I do is almost always the same, whatever the industry: someone runs a process on spreadsheets and patience, and I turn it into a system that gets used every day.
Monday to Friday I am at URVENUE, in the Web Services department, where I manage and implement the integrations clients use to sell and administer their tickets, admissions and packages. Outside of that I have shipped production products to three clients of my own, and I build my own tools to measure and produce the content I publish.
How I deliver
When I close a project I also deliver its decisions in writing: why each thing was chosen, what was discarded and what was left pending. That is what lets someone else — or me, six months later — pick it up without rebuilding the reasoning from scratch.
Every project in my documentation also carries its list of known debts: what was left half-done and what has to be solved before growing. A problem written down stops being a surprise.
